If you can't receive rocks after inviting friends

In order to receive rocks after inviting friends, your friend must:

- Download Manga Rock using your referral link, and finish registering a new account
- Or download Manga Rock directly from Google Play / Manga Rock website, use your referral code, and finish registering a new account

If your friend has completed all the above steps, and you still have no rocks, please following the steps below:

- Note down your Referral code
- Open Manga Rock / Account / Email support 
- Send us an email with your referral code
- Our team will help to credit rocks to your account after that

If you can't receive rocks after watching videos

In this case, please open Manga Rock / Accounts / Email support & send us more details about your issue. Our Support Team can help you to get your earned rocks.

If you can't receive rocks after completing Tapjoy & Supersonic offers

For install-and-run offers, please be sure to follow the links Tapjoy/ Supersonic provides and open any downloaded apps over an active internet connection. All other offers must be completed without deviation from the presented path.  

If you have taken these steps and have not received your reward, please follow these steps below to submit a ticket to Tapjoy/ Supersonic:

- Go back to the marketplace that presented you the offer-wall.
- Once on the offer-wall, scroll to the bottom.
- Tap on the hyperlink that says "Missing Rocks?". 
- Tap on the Select Offer button.
- Choose the offer that you completed.
- Fill in your email address, and a quick description.
- Tap on the "Submit Support Request" button.

If you still can't receive rocks after contacting Tapjoy / Supersonic:

- Go back to the marketplace that presented you the offer-wall.
- Once on the offer-wall, scroll to the bottom.
- Tap on the hyperlink that says "Missing Rocks?". 
- Take a screenshot of the next screen and send to us via email to support@notabasement,com. It should look like this:
