Cannot recover full version

I've changed phones to a new iPhone and I cannot recover my premium status. I have tried logging in to my account and all that does is show me my "rocks" which are irrelevant because I am a premium user. I would really like to download unlimited manga asap. Thanks in advance.

I am experiencing the same problem here. I purchased the full version of the app on my old android, but I am not able to restore my purchase or my saved mangas on my new android phone.

I'm having the same issue as well. Bought a new Android phone today, and I can't log in to my account at all, let alone use the premium version.

Hi. i have the premium manga rock app on my iphone and I started using a new ipad. the premium status does not appear on the ipad app even though i used the same email from the premium iphone app. i also tried the backup and restore feature. it still didn't work. is there a way that i can still have the premium status on both apps?

hey I got the same problem, but!!!! i bought it for android and today i changed to Iphone is it possible to restore the premium status? because im loged in with the same acc, as I was on Android

Hi Matthew! Unfortunately we cannot transfer In-app purchase. It strictly modified by Apple and Google Play. If you have bought it on Android, you can restore it on another Android device, so as with the iOS. Thank you for your understanding.

A premium user is eligible with unlimited downloads plus no adds.

The Rock system, for premium users, is to let you guys buy additional stuff inside Manga Rock. For this version, we have released many fun-and-manga-inspired iMessage stickers. Check them out if you are using Manga Rock iOS (Settings / Stickers).

In short, you have nothing to worry about the Rock system. Enjoy the full version!
