Loss premium account

So I have premium account via Facebook with email :hilmilyas@yahoo.co.id and bought the premium account with receipt sent to this email (hilmimihil@gmail.com).

When I re-login yesterday my premium account is gone.
Please help, I already sent email to support but no answer.
