Password reseting

Hello, i'm rebooted my phone, after that i'm downloaded your app. My password didn't match and i did reset it. But password don't match again and again. I did it 4 times and nothing new is happening. App reinstalled too about 2 times. Help and sorry for my bad English, i'm foreigner)
