Cannot log in my account on iOS App

Hi! I want to save my history so I created an account with my E-Mail address as login - and I cannot log in my account on iOS App :(
Have tried to log in using my Facebook acc - such a problem with logging in. Both times there was an error "An internal error had occured, print and inspect the error details for more information"
Need your help!

What screenshots do you need, Edna? I wrote all about the problem! Or you need the screenshot where will be the words "An internal error had occured, print and inspect the error details for more information" ?)))
It's such a big problem for technical support so you tell all people with the same problem to send you the screens instead of really solving our problem?

We will need the screenshot of your error, so we can investigate it further on what’s the possible cause of that error.

At the same time we will be able to see your login account and we can have it check on our system.

Nope, the problem is already exists with a new password too :(

-iOS version is 10.2
-Manga Rock version is latest (3.8.3)
